How do I return an item?

TERMS: Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
Please NOTE: Product design & specifications are subject to change without notice.
As of 3/1/2019 all prices are subject to a 6% steel surcharge.
That increase will be added to all prices shown on our website.

NOTE: All products are shipped freight pre-paid & added to invoice unless your carrier is specified.

(1) All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge if there was no error on our part.
(1a) Any order that has been started in production can not be canceled.

        If an order cancellation is approved a 25% re-stocking charge will be incurred.

(1b) No returns on shelving parts or parts in large quantities.

(2) All freight to you and back to us will be paid by you the customer.
(3) No returns on products with OPTIONS ordered and installed. Standard color is GRAY, No returns on any other colors.
(4) No returns on any product with an optional color.
(5) NO RETURN ON ANY MODIFIED CABINETS, CARTS or BENCHES. (special height and custom shelf spacing or optional colors)
(6) Minimum net order $100.00 Note: No returns on 36"Wide Carts or Trucks....
(7) No returns or canceled order once production has started on products made in quantities of 6-units or more.
(we are not a stocking company & all products are made to order)
(8) Any cabinet or cart ordered with an option installed is a custom item and is not returnable.
(9) Note: All steel shelf sizes are nominal, and are (+-) 1/2" tolerances.
(10) All wire shelving orders are final. (no returns)
(11) No returns on any special size or custom product.
(11a) No returns for any cart or rolling table 36"wide.
(11b) All welded carts, trucks and cabinets that are made to order and are not returnable.

NOTE: It is your responsibility to inspect your delivery for any damages or shortages before you sign for it..
INSPECT - INSPECT - INSPECT

Please inspect shipment for any DAMAGE before signing your name
on the shipping ticket.
If you see any DAMAGE, you must note it down
on the shipping ticket before you sign for it.
If opening the packaging to inspect
the shipment is necessary, do it in front of the delivering truck driver.
Again Note down everything on the shipping ticket before signing for the delivery.

Count all parts that you are signing for & note down any parts that may be missing.
